The San Diego City College Student Scholarship Program provides a wide variety of scholarships for students for books, fees, tuition and other expenses. Students apply for scholarships relevant to their academic major, career objective or individual interest. Scholarship funds are provided through the generous donations of faculty, staff, retirees, alumni, and community and business leaders. Through the Foundation, the number of scholarships and applicants increase each year. For students, parents and faculty, the highlight of the year is the Annual Scholarship Awards Banquet. More than 300 faculty, friends, family and donors gather each spring to celebrate the academic achievements of each scholarship recipient.

How can you create a scholarship?

New scholarships are often established as memorials or honorariums in appreciation of a respected professor, or to celebrate a specific field of study. Or you can donate to the general Scholarship program and the Foundation will direct to the greatest need. Thank you for your generosity in helping City College change lives.
