Directing change video contest

Staff/faculty: help us spread the word! All SDCCD students are invited to "Direct Change" by submitting a 60-second film to change minds about mental illness and prevent suicide. This video contest is sponsored by the Mental Health Counseling Center, in partnership with Grossmont College Mental Health, through a grant from the Foundation for California Community Colleges.

Would you like to take part in this creative and innovative way to spread the message of hope and equip students to help each other? First, please promote this contest to all of your students. Second, become a judge! We are recruiting faculty and staff from all disciplines and departments to be judges for the video contest. It will take 1-2 hours of your time and can be done online from your own living room. You do not need any expert knowledge to be a judge - we will tell you everything you need to know! You will be recognized at our awards ceremony on May 8. If you would like to be a judge please email julie.little2@gcccd.edu.
