Joseluis Frausto

In 2001, Joseluis Frausto received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, San Diego. Joseluis has past experience in design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Material Planning, Operations, Indirect Procurement, Demand Planning, and Logistics. His international experience includes five years in Mexico and four years in the Czech Republic. . He is employed by Solar Turbines as the Director of Domestic Turbomachinery Operations, and has spent 22 years with the company. As Director of Operations,  he is responsible for directing all aspects of Gas Turbine manufacturing in the United States to ensure multi-site manufacturing, packaging, and customer services operations are strategically positioned to fulfill customer demand.  His role sets the vision, provides leadership of the people, strategies, and programs that drive continuous improvement, value creation, and improve velocity in support of Solar’s long-term vision.
