Who We Are

The San Diego City College Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1972 through a partnership between San Diego City College and community leaders who shared a vision of expanding educational opportunity. Today, the Foundation serves as the college's philanthropic partner, connecting donors, alumni, businesses, and the community with opportunities to invest in student success. Our mission is to remove financial barriers, strengthen educational programs, and create pathways that help every student thrive.
